We went up to Plum Island yesterday for the morning and had some great success, with a pretty good variety (~50 species) and a couple of rareish birds. Good ol' family outing before I head off to MN tomorrow for a bit.
The Lark Sparrow was clearly the highlight here, but despite the terrible photo, the Clay-colored was a fun sighting for all.
